The display simultaneously provides performance data of speed, distance, time, pulse, RPM, heart rate and energy consumption. Other capabilities include Heart Rate Control programming which automatically adjusts the brake resistance in order to obtain and maintain a heart rate within an ideal targeted zone. The display console can be tilted to adjust for the height of the various users.
